The optional online application upload

The online application photo upload is opcional e separado da foto física. Its conditions are 35 x 45 mm, JPEG, and até 300 KB — separate from the printed photo you bring in person.

The official guidance sets no numeric period for “recent”, no pose or face-geometry rule, no pixel dimensions or DPI, no extra file conditions, and no photographer requirement for the printed photo.
